Letīs be honest. Election.
Ok letīs be honest.
Hillary lost and Donald won.
As a Donald fan, I screamed when I heard that he won the election. Of course everything inside my body was pumping adrenaline. The fact that the man whom, won the election a year ago, was critically panned by both forecasters and fellow republicans for being too much of a joke. But as time passes, more and more started liking him because of his (polarizing) stances against other things. It was miracle that he was able to debate with other republican candidates during the primary and even more when he became the partyīs nominee. But the fact that Donald Trump was able to beat Hillary Clinton (when she had the support of the media, stars, nations, the living five former presidents, google it! and the minorities) was surreal. I cannot even fathom the fact he actually won (since I was ready that Hillary to win the election because I wanted one of my liberal favs to sing the National Anthem at the inauguration.)
Now, why did Hillary lost?
Iīm not trolling or going for that flamebait post of Hillary being a robot, etc etc...
But why did she lost?
Most of the polling stations favored Hillary to win, heck is going to be a landslide ( a year ago.) but what happened?
Should you guys blame the #bernieorbust movement or other third party candidates? I do not think so. They are just the minority of the Democratic base and usually not really visible (see the cable networks where they are literally not even mentioned after the convention)
Maybe itīs was Hillary Clintonīs fault. I am not saying that it was all her fault, Iīm saying that her perfectionistic personality was the reason of her fall.
Iīm sure almost everybody here on Atrl loves Hillary, but we all know that she was not perfect. She has her ups and downs but what the reason of her lost was because of her perfectionist attitude.
The way she acted, she talked, she dressed screamed perfectionist and it is a bother to alot of people to be honest. How can you relate to millions of people with your perfectionistic attitude. Not every American can relate to her attitude, and the fact that I heard from others that she wasnīt willing the cooperate with the disfranchised voters. It was risky, and she failed.
Hell even a born-billionaire (future president) whoīs only time have eaten Mexican food is from his Trump Tower can people relate even more than her. He was the opposite of Clinton: he has harsh, he talks without a scrip, his hair was far from perfect (admit it, itīs like another species above him), he talks through stadiums, etc etc...opposed to Clinton, who screams how do I widen my polling age against Trump by using this word or that word.
If I was Clinton, I shouldnīt not copy the Charismatic charms of Obama or the Syngery of people crowding Sanders, If I was in her shoes, I needed to be honest. At least make myself appear to be approachable and cut all of that perfectionist bull.
I guess thatīs my thought about this election. Feel free to harass my inbox for being a deplorable (even though I oppose the extremes of Trumpīs policies) or add me from your ignore users. This is my opinion about the election so yeah, gg Trump.

Because a massive swath of uneducated white people somehow think a billionaire from New York, who wants to "help them" by reducing taxes on corporations, is there to be their champion.

And the reasons why Trump won are 1) he was demonized to the point that people started supporting him 2) white trash 3) his economic plan is actually great.

Well, itīs because of his outsider status that made him good candidate for them,
No shade but other minorities also voted for him, so by saying that uneducated white people are just plain stupid

even democrats hate Hillary. the fact that so many blue states turned red at the last minute speaks volumes
I also think Obama has a little to do with it, people are tired of the way he's running things and didn't want another Dem.

Tbh. Emphasis on the bolded. We're going to see such a major crash in this country and people will say it was obvious in hindsight based off of his lack of experience/inability to work with others. It's undeniable.

The polling didn't account for intangibles like voter enthusiasm. Donald energized his base with vague promises of greatness (a winning strategy in politics), while Hillary was the nagging grandmother saying "No we can't. We can't do that. Vote for me based on my resume, even though I don't even have a campaign message". Sorry, but having a great resume isn't enough to get out the vote. When you take into account Hillary's unfavorable and untrustworthy ratings... It was pure narcissism on her part to run.

He passed the post thanks to the rust belt, the white working class, especially those without college degrees. It is what it is - a candidate endorsed by the KKK will succeed America's first black President. Trump certainly is an outsider, who doesn't pay federal taxes or reveal just how much debt he owes to foreign powers.
But Hillary shot everyone in Benghazi with her emails, etc.

The fact people think the person who leads the most powerful country in the world should be "approachable" and "relatable"
Americans can be so ****ing dense.

Grammatical errors aside, I've seen your posts before, and I can barely get through when they're short, due to the trolly nature, so I'm not even going to bother with that excerpt from war & peace you just typed
OT: Trump won because he got more EVs

Because we just had our first black president in office for 8 years, and the next running democrat was a woman and the white people of the country couldn't stand the idea of calling her a president.

He won because he represents the old white uneducated conservative and racist core of America plus privileged rich white people. They got shook cause it's a changing world America's demographics are changing and they can't see minorities being treated as equal. They masked their hatred with Obama but having a woman president would be too much for them and their guns.
The over the top campaigning from both Obama and celebs got people angry as well. Yeah she has her flaws too but so does everyone.

Well, Trumpīs base is in the republican party so they are automatically included. KKK has always been trash but Trump doesnīt even care about them at all (even his son, said that KKKīs leader should have been shot). And if Clinton choosen someone who actually won the rust belt in the primaries (bernie) she could have snatched those illiterate working class.
Letīs be honest. Trump is overexposed beyond reason. Every single second of his controversy makes his fans synergies. Unlike Clinton, who tries to bury her secret alive. It makes people mad and question her integrity. Her secrets was also the reason of her downfall. She opened a little bit more, she could have won.

Everyone has the right of supporting candidates. So if youīre gay or minority that means your automatically Democrats? That is not democracy works.
