New Zealand's Ministry for Primary Industries today tweeted a public service announcement apparently aimed at Americans, reminding them of biosecurity rules.

"Thinking of moving to NZ soon? Don't forget to Declare Or Dispose at our borders!" MPI posted.

The tweet included a video of a dog running out of a burning house.
