Nicole Scherzinger took aim at former "rivals" (not really) Girls Aloud.
Saara Aalto covered the track Sound Of The Underground, released by the five piece with their then mentor on Popstars: The Rivals, X Factor's own Louis Walsh.
It was a rather ridiculous performance as Saara dressed up in a bizarre outfit and even stranger wig for the number.
When it came to the judges' comments, Nicole said: "I don't know if I loved that song because I feel like it doesn't really go anywhere vocally... but you did your thing on it.... actually, you're bigger than that song."
As Simon Cowell made cat noises, Nicole continued: "There's somebody singing a Pussycat Dolls song next."
This song is flawless and anything released by GA is better than both PCD AND her solo material, so she can stay being a flop and a third choice judge.

lmao.
PCD's worst song >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Girls allowed best

The song is terrible just like the vast majority of their music.
This is just plain embarrassing to watch (and listen to). It's like a bad Bollywood item number:

Not you coming for one of the most critically acclaimed pop songs of recent times, that song is amazing, unusual and totally British but still amazing.

Just because it is "acclaimed" and different does not mean it is good. Biology is highly overrated. Sometimes critics bandwagon anything weird and odd just for the sake of it.

I honestly don't understand the appeal.

Oh god... this is tragic. They seriously signed off on this song?
Never heard this group, or this song, and in this case ignorance is bliss.
In their defense, these two songs are good (mostly because of Nadine and both songs sound like Sugababes singles):
