I dont know if yall do this but during interviews I pretend as though Ellen or Oprah's interviewing me. Ya it's kinda weird but that how I build up my confidence. I also try to copy the facial expressions of my faves during the interview. Am I a sociopath?

That's a great coping mechanism actually, but my nerves always get the best of me during interviews.
