It really isn't tho if your mind isn't set to be bias towards one candidate. Its like a Pop star in a odd type of way we label them authentic when they write songs yet when a team writes them we label them as less authentic. Trump speeches come off as more authentic because they come within himself not scripted or rehearse. Hillary has a better tone but her speechs are dull and bland she also has a team of speech writers and she is overly rehearsed this is a woman who takes days off just to practice . Nothing with professionalism tho but I rather non scripted speeches. There is a reason why Trump campaigns in arenas and Hillary in high school gyms because Trump is simply a better public speaker

hillary's not really inspiring but she's totally competent. she's better in town hall settings than at the stump. trump is an incoherent mess. his speeches sound like fever dreams.

the scary part is that his speeches are scripted and they contain the word salad he speaks. though he does go off prompter sometimes to riff on locking hillary up.

Usually if you're gonna do some public speaking, rehearsing is a plus cause it shows preparation for what you think...
