Wow... this is really strange and intriguing. I'm a HUGE fan of Rami and I'm certain he'll do amazing at this.
This is very weird casting tho, like Freddie was white as white with a black moustache, and Rami is gorgeous + Egyptian and has a REALLY different look, I'm surprised they went with him

Some of you are so dense. Actors dont have to have the same exact racial makeup to play someone in a biopic. Rami has a strong enough resemblance and hes an incredible actor. Emmy out the gate for his first season of Mr.Robot.
Personally I have no problem with this (so don't come @ me) but based on my observation... If this was a white/light skinned actor portraying a black actor people would be freaking out...
People were fuming over Joseph Fiennes as Michael Jackson.
Or the (correct me if I'm wrong) the Peurto Rican actress playing Nina Simone, who was black..
It's just astonishing to me, that I can't get my head wrapped around it.
I can't even imagine him with a moustache wtf.
