It's funny how conservatives love fetuses until they turn out gay or black or poor or disabled or Muslim. Not to mention they don't like birth control. Who's supposed to take care of these children? I am a conservative, and I don't care if you are gay, black, disabled or anything. I am totally in favour of birth control, and although I personally disagree with abortion I believe in a woman's right to terminate up to a certain point.
But to harvest the organs of unborn fetuses is an absolute abuse of the medical profession. I cannot believe people actually think this is ethical.
I challenge anyone to witness the trauma of a 16-week miscarriage and still think it appropriate to take the organs from that dead baby.
Do you really think tissue from aborted fetuses should be used for medical experiments...?! We aren't even allowed to transplant human tissue after people die without official documented consent of those people. And you are happy for us to harvest the tissue of aborted babies?
