the woman looked shocked because she'd never seen something like this, whole arena chanting etc, not because she was offended by their ~racism
(this is of course assuming she's not Albanian, which would surprise me af)

well xenophobia is fear from ppl of other countries.
Serbians (not all of course) basically think Albanians are different race and see themselves as superior, which caused years of segregation of Kosovo Albanians and Genocide. So I think the use of the word racism is appropriate in this case. Sorry if the use of racism in this context offends any POC
