The Rep House would mostly likely vote Trump. I have no doubt about it.
But that will be challenged to the death. Al Gore/Bush seemed like crazy but someone actually passed 270! A 269-269 with Hillary winning the popular vote probably by the thousands, maybe even a million is very likely! Democrats will fight for once.

Well since it hasn't happened since the 1860s, it's kind of like uncharted territory for us. No one will know what to do. That's why I can see the country being in a terrible situation. Maybe court decision, but unlikely.
I think most will argue for the popular vote position and that argument seems the most valid.
