Wait, I am confused, this is the American version right? I mean, like Ju On had the American version and some other horror movies?

So why are people mad? The casting director could cast whoever he/she wants and not only Asians.

It's an adaptation taking place in the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. Of course the casting showcase the mutiple dominant race present in the US. If the story took place in a city in middle america, y'all can't seriously expect a japanese casting.

There's already a (very good) "Death Note" movie by Shûsuke Kaneko with a japanese cast that takes place in JAPAN that has been out for a decade now. But y'all pretend to be "Death Note" fans and don't even know that I bet. Or just too busy being 2 cents SJWs to check it out.
