It depends on the country.
Personally this is the first in many years I was really in the mood : I made Halloween inspired cookies, light on Halloween scents candles... I went to Disneyland twice to enjoy this atmosphere fully
I think it's really underrated, I mean it's not official but if that can bring joy to people, why can't it be more popular?
