People need to understand that everyone goes through their own processes. Some people come out at 14, some people come out at 24, some people come out at 34, and some never feel comfortable enough with themselves to come out, or they feel like their family/friends wouldn't be accepting enough. Even if they know they would be, sometimes it's still hard.
