Gaga is the first woman to top the Artist 100 in eight months, since Adele topped the March 12 tally.
Only five women have led the list since its inception: Taylor Swift, for a record 31 weeks, Adele (10), Ariana Grande, Meghan Trainor (two each) and now Gaga. (Eighteen males and eight duos or groups, all fronted by male vocalists, have topped the chart.)
