I eat lots of carbs but try to avoid fat and yes, walking as much as possible helps.
Myth to dispel, Eating Junk Food and staying skinny is not a good thing to be proud of, you still eat crap that is not good for your body even if you stay skinny.
You can still have big health issues if you keep eating junk food daily, it's not only a matter of weight, your body needs a salutary diet in first (vitamins, minerals, anti-oxidants, ecc) for the correct functions of your body in general, immunitary system, ecc.
In addition to health food, like other users said, workout helps your metabolism in first and to have-keep a toned-shaped body, that it's better to be only skinny (to me at least).
