Perhaps that was only the down payment, however there's nothing indicative of that in this article. Then again, "20 iPhone 7s for a House!" is a much more exciting read than "20 iPhone 7s for a 30 Year Mortgage Down Payment!" so I can see them being intentionally vague as to not ruin the baity title.
