Excluding/refusing to date the thousands of people of a particular race with incredibly different features (and personalities) IS the same as admitting the fact that that you think that race isn't worth your time and therefore is inferior to you/your race.

The reason I think it's racist is that if someone were to say "I'm not attracted to [insert race here]", and you ask them why, there's not really any way you can explain it without it being stereotypical...and as we know, judging a race based on their stereotypes would definitely be seen as racist. Like I'm trying to think of a way you can justify it and not be racist...

"I don't like their hair" not everyone in a race has the same hair
"I don't like their facial features" same as hair
"I just haven't met one I've ever found to be attractive" ok then keep looking, you don't need to dismiss an entire race.

You shouldn't use blanket terms for whole races (even white people @ white haters), especially in a case like this. It's much better to take it on a case-by-case basis.
