I do pretty regularly. I mostly stick to guided meditations. It really helps to keep me focused and centered, as well as all-around better. Things just seem to go smoother throughout the day when I meditate. What about you?

It's a really healthy practice and something that I believe everyone should do. It keeps me so calm.
