Well, the thing is...people are coming at him "even though he claims he's depressed" and that it "shouldn't be an excuse". People who are MENTALLY ILL do things to harm people, b/c they're either: a) not aware of it, or b) aren't properly managing it.
Lupe, Drake...NONE of them understand what he's going through b/c they aren't in his shoes. Point. blank.
It's like being white, and telling a black person that they should pull themselves up by their bootstraps...and not acknowledging that they reason they can easily succeed is b/c of white privilege.
