Just Say isn't charting on Spotify, so, it won't smash in the UK. But, she has that upcoming song with Tinie Tempah dropping soon. Tinie will promote this as his new single, and he usually do a lot of promo effort in the UK, like, performing on TV shows, radio tour, etc, so I guess that she will do some promo in the UK with him. It's her best shot.
And it's been pretty long since the first time they playlisted it, so I'm kind of impressed.
