Just don't eat as much, intermittent fasting has been proved to be really good for you (can stop cancer/Parkinson's/Alzheimer's etc) and is good for weight loss if you're not stupid with it.
So try to eat all your meals between something like 3-8pm. Skipping breakfast being bad for your metabolism etc is actually a myth, look it up.
Avoid fatty foods, sweets, junk foods, sodas, fries and other potato products. Eat more meat and exercise (exercise boosts your metabolism). Works for me, though i wasn't skinny, just toned.
