Yeah SURE.
That's simply because Pink wouldn't. Not many artists, especially non-blacks would speak on such issues let alone write about them.
There's absolutely nothing wrong with her explaining her source of inspiration and what provoked her to write a song about these endless tragedies.
It's incredibly petty and disgusting to call her out for speaking on these matters when they are SO few artists who actually would.
