Celeb News: Kesha's Judge calls out Sony & Luke

Since then, there’s been “a change in the last month or two since that last court hearing, and the judge kind of lit a fire under them,” the source says.

Despite Sony’s involvement, the source maintains the corporation is “just participating as a buffer, a mediator” and that Luke “maintains total control.”

So Kesha's lawyers weren't lying. Luke & Sony seem to have been actively stalling Kesha's music career and the judge is starting to see through it.

Looks like the tides are slowly turning here. I can't believe the judge who denied her injunction flat out is now considering granting her one.

Kesha pays 100k legal fees each month to keep this case alive.
There never was any rumor of a video shooting of TC.
The entire damn lawsuit is about her not being able to release music under Dr. Luke's label, which is why the judge is calling them out in the first place.
