RV isn't THAT far from Twice/GFRIEND levels.
Their minis sell as much as GFRIENDS and their big hits are just as big digitally as the aforementioned groups.
They do better on YouTube and social media than G-FRIEND + they have a distinct look/style that even casual listeners can recognize.
all they need is proper SM backing and a bunch of CFs really + maybe one ridiculously popular member could benefit them right now. I wanna agree with Halien and say SM is fine w/ the way they do things but really, who sees a group on the brink of exploding.... and holds them back?
if they keep this up, they'll lose momentum in a few years for sure and will def end up like f(x)
this is true, gfriend is bigger domestically, but rv makes that up by having a larger international following
With all the groups disbanding, I thought of SNSD disbanding and highkey panicked. They better not do that to me. Not with SHINee about to go on hiatus and BP about to get sent back to the dungeon permanently before the middle of next year.

why do people think SNSD will disband? They'll probably just continue to do what they do now (pursue solo activities) and then come back from time to time for an occasional album/mini album. They've done it all and have nothing left to prove at this point anyway. They're a legacy for the company especially internationally.
