There's GEM's here... and I really mean gems... but there's a surprising amount of duds. This could have made for a killer EP... but instead we get an okay Tove Lo album... I do love how crisp and clear the production is... and this really does feel like BIG Swedish pop album which is great for everyone that loves pop... (most of ATRL)
On first listen Don't Talk About It has left me bald. The intro's to Influence and DTAI also work tremendously well... Cool Girl remains great so does Influence. True Disaster may sound like yet another Style/Love Me Harder rehash but the song is still just as stunning as the former two... Lady Wood is great. Just great..... but that (for me) is kinda where the greatness ends.
Everything else (much like with the over long QOTC) feels like it dosen't need to be here. Vibes is interesting.... just for the fact it tries something different but the last 4 songs just don't need to be here.
This album is a 7 with some insanely great highs...
Only complaint is the album is too SHORT. That's why we have another volume coming as she said @ the end of WTF
a whole album full of solid bops tbh. Even one starts off as acoustic guitar and turns so interesting / weird (vibes). are the highs as good as QOTC, as addictive as I found those to be? Not sure yet. I also don't get the interludes. The tracks i'm going back to first:

the production on this album is excellent. Really appreciating her voice on some tracks. Even if i don't see clear favourites for me personally - this album is definitely consistently good. Can't wait to buy a physical copy tomorrow!
