Exactly. Even though it's done mostly for selfish reasons, the kids got medical help. The gesture might even make more people aware and also more likely to donate for a good cause. It's a win-win situation! Kylie feels better, it's a slight boost to her reputation and the kids get help.
(also... A truly unselfish act of kindness is not
that common. Not impossible, but there's always at least some ego involved. One would have to
completely disregard themselves in every possible aspect and think only of the other person for that to really happen)
