I don't really understand why this is so widespread. Greeks are always trying to separate themselves from rape culture in front of everyone else but every other frat/sorority is still involved in some kind of rape case.
My University has a huge greek life tbh and Frat guys are often terrible simply by how they talk. Usually before classes when I am just doing work on my computer and I'm sitting by obvious Frat guys by their clothes, they will discuss loudly about girls they had intercourse with, and talk about how ugly some girls are. One time I even heard one tell his friend about how hes pissed he got put into a group of ugly girls and he should not have to deal with that. Frat men try to act all proper and nice, but when they think no one is listening or there the way they talk is awful. I will never support Frats or Sororities ever.
Sorority Girls are always obsessed with self image and when they can drink next. I have not met one that's life did not revolve around every little aspect of her sorority. Most of the time also they don't work cause of mom and dad, and are generally annoying and not nice. All they do is trash talk each other also. I know thats most girls, but isn't the point of these things to form life long bonds with "sisters" you love? Its all a joke to me
Thanks for the info Communion, I didn't really understand what they were - basically just a horrid little boys club clique for insecure straights and closeted guys.
