There was a guy at my high school who passed out drunk in his parents bedroom during a party, he woke up to a lady two years older than her riding him and immediately thrown him off.

She was charged with sexual assault, and was expelled from her school (She was in college when this happened and was studying to be a social worker).

It was a messy case, people tried saying he "wouldn't have known if he wanted it or not because he was so drunk" and basically made the girl the victim. The judge had a brain though and made sure he got justice.
