It all really depends on the person to be honest. I really appreciated the visuals and the concepts from BTW so I'd have to say thats the superior album for me. But I feel like many people could definitely argue Joanne being the better album
Born this way has more high points but it also has more low points. Joanne is more consistently good, there is no filler on it at all. I would say that makes it a better album but it's a matter of opinion really.
