Milian did the photoshoot with Galore to promote her role in FOX’s remake of The Rocky Horror Picture Show, which aired earlier this week.
Latex and see-through top aside, it’s the upside down crosses featured on the headdress and covering her chest that have fans up in arms, and even causing some to unfollow the actress on Instagram.
One person commented, “They couldn’t pay me enough to promote upside down crosses! I’m heartbroken, this is where we part ways hun.” Another wrote, “So disgusting covering your breast with the cross.”
Countless comments echoed the sentiment that there is no just cause for wearing an inverted cross because some people believe it is a satanic symbol. “Halloween or not, i just can’t agree on the upside down crosses,” another fan criticized.
I hate the upside down cross symbolism and stuff but I would not go out of my way to comment about how disappointed I was or shame her for doing it tbh...she can do and wear whatever she wants.
To everyone saying it's "not that serious" could you imagine the outrage and headlines if she was posing similarly but with a Muslim symbolism on her boobs?
