Other possible candidates are Sansa, Jaime and Tyrion.
I think that Daenerys might die somewhere along the way. Cersei definitely won't be in a position of power at the end. I hope that the closest Tyrion gets to the throne is the Hand, not the king. Sansa will imo be the lady of the North and thanks to her the Stark line will continue. Arya is not fit to rule anything. Jaime would be my favorite choice to become the king at the end tbh.

Yeah, I think that it is very possible that Littlefinger will become a king or something like that for a short time, especially in the books where he is in charge of an intact country with powerful army while the rest of the country (but Dorne) is devasted by the war.

What would be the point of that though? She is old af and will probably die soon of natural causes. In the books she has a bunch of grandchildren but in the show she is last of Tyrells (and only through marriage btw). When she dies, there would be a new war of succession.
