You realize interscope would never discount a Lady Gaga album in the first week right ?
Interscope of all labels care a lot about the money from album sales, they are getting paid full price and Amazon is basically going to pay for those albums just like in BTW days, but now they won't sell that much obviously cuz it's more expensive and also it was for less than a day.
they did it during BTW, amazon only paid $7 to interscope/universal after their negotiation.
