I think the giftcards are eligible on every single site. But yeah try and get a gift card from another website I suppose, one worth $5 just so you can test it out.

It's not possible. I've won US Amazon giftcards on here so yeah I know about the experience

I successfully downloaded it!
First I got the gift card, then I changed my address with a US one and changed my VPN.
At this point still it didn't work, so I got a fake American Express credit card number from this: http://www.getcreditcardnumbers.com/ and added it on my payment methods.
In the end it let me use the gift card to pay because the American Express card was ok for them.
My copy is counting for the Billboard 200.
