I like them and a lot of their music (I bought Salute and LMLY is one of my favorite songs of 2015 xo) but does anyone else think their music is a bit too childish at times, like it's only aimed at teenage girls. They're on their 4th album but Shout Out To My Ex (the title alone ) is like something Fifth Harmony would do for their EP back when they were all <20.
Just listen to OMG, Hair, Weird People and Black Magic from their last album.

Yup, too much so for the non-British general populace. Their best album was Salute because it was a diversion from their normal sound and was more mature.
for me, it's not the music. their music okay & pretty good, it's their whole overall image/aesthetic.
it all feels like they have no group identity to them so even tho their gorgeous, extremely talented girls, nothing about them, well for me, truly sticks
