Um, no - she's angry and offended that an album so personal to her has been deemed "fishing for inspiration" when she immediately started writing Angel Down - one of the first tracks for Joanne - upon the unjustifiable ruling of Trayvon's death. I won't mention his name, you all know it.
Listen to the lyrics. It's not just about black lives. It's specifically inspired by the court ruling. She's upset that someone would be so rude as to question her hurt and pain.
