I think he feels like he's some type of comedian, and I don't know that I believe that video and the catfish video are real, but it's still disgusting.
She didn't look THAT much different from the pics she sent to him. He was wrong for humiliating that girl like that and then on top of that posting it on social media, he's a clown. Most likely he was just trying to have sex with her like he has done with all of the other women on his page, it's just pathetic.
But she didn't really catfish him. It's hit fault that he drove one and a half hours to meet a girl without asking for full body pics or ones that had no filters.
This is like when guys on Grindr, Scruff, etc. conveniently have no age and/or have suspicious photos that look cropped/angled/older than a year. You shouldn't be surprised.
I looked at her pictures and the girl didn't really catfish. She just knew her angles + filters. He should have asked for a full body pic.
Whenever I take pics, I'll always try and look worse than in person and don't mislead them with angles and filters. That way, people are even more surprised when they see me irl and go from a 5 to 8.
I don't see how she was catfishing when she didn't take pictures of anybody else. The guy just expected her to not be the weight that she is, but he's wrong for speaking to her like that. He called her an elephant he probably just wanted her to have a nice body smh.

He actually makes it a sport to find girls that want to cheat on their boyfriends and then humiliates the boyfriends by calling them out on social media.
