Ask anyone who works in computer science, once you set your password the password is not stored in the exact format EVER anywhere. It is encrypted and stored. That's why when you click "I forgot my password", they let you set a new password or give a temporary password. The original password cannot be recovered EVER!

So its not possible to "hack a password"
