Rihanna’s “Rude Boy” led Billboard’s Hot 100 singles chart for a fifth week on Thursday, once again fending off runner-up “Nothin’ On You” by B.o.B featuring Bruno Mars.

Joining the top 10 party in only its second week on the chart was Usher’s “OMG,” featuring will.i.am, which jumped four places to No. 10. The track is Usher’s 15th top 10 and first since he topped the list with “Love in this Club” for three weeks in March 2008….
