Are Gaga, Bey and Xtina today's vocal trinity?
I didn't really take Gaga as a vocalist before Joanne, but hearing her voice here so rich and emotional made me believe on the same level as Bey and Xtina but in a different way. I'm impressed. All very talented, successful women

How can Xtina be apart of any vocal trinity when she's overshadowed by Adele who is a far better vocalist

Xtina is the only sure bet of anyone being part of the contemporary vocal trinity.
I would say Adele is likely the second.
Bey is NOT a great/iconic VOCALIST.

I think Adele, Bey, Xtina and Gaga are all incredible vocalists.
The three mentioned are just the best for me.

Xtina hasn't been relevant in who knows how long and Gaga is flopping and she doesn't even have that great of a voice...
Anyways... it's Beyonce, Adele and Ariana really.

I get what you mean but "emotion" isn't limited to sadness and sorrow. For example, Bey expresses anger better than anyone mentionned here imo
