Yes it does.
Its at 1.681.000 now. And we have to add an unknown amount by Samsung that is somewhere around 1.000.000.
Next week its predicted another 20K so its total will be above 2.700.000 in official sales.
If LOTB is somehow kind of a hit it will get there before year ends. If not... I think it will eventually get there with time

+ RIAA includes video streams in their album certifications, while Billboard doesn't include them on the BB 200. This means 1.7M SPS doesn't include video streams and it's probably very close to 2M when we add them.
