I would imagine that the obvious ones would be I Gotta Feeling and Rolling In the Deep (since they're well above 8.5 million in pure sales). The other 7-million sellers (Somebody That I Used To Know, Blurred Lines, etc) are probably eligible as well.
I don't have the full all time sellers list so I can't think of any others off the top of my head.
I'm sure All About That Bass (the recent 5-million seller with huge streams) and Happy (another 7-million seller) are also eligible.
