i can see the issues with institutionalized racism in the US and the issue black people face and have been making an effort to connect more with my community and not just denounce everything they say just because it doesnt personally happen to me. I may not agree with some members of my community on certain topics but i have already tried to correct my past errors by becoming less ignorant

i dont think i belong in this competition
