Nope, Jen really does have a version of Nicole's Right There. Apparently it was in the final mixing stage and then Nicole ended up getting the rights to it.
On the Floor was a rumor that started years ago after a list of songs being traded around came up with "Nicole Scherzinger - On the Floor" on it. It was denied that she ever had a version of it, but I kinda believe she does considering she recorded a LOT with RedOne around that time.
