^ Psyduck and Chinchou are good choices. You can get Chinchou by fishing in the Dock of Olivine City's ship place and I think you can run into Psyduck somewhere.
Those are great pokemon. I love Chinchou since it doubles up as an electric type, but I really need a Psychic pokemon so Phyduck might be the best bet.
It evolved by the way.. <33 And I taught it Shadow ball.
It's nature isn't the best..
But I am seriously EV training it's SP ATT. And it seems to be doing ok.
