I think they were too quick to say they'd return after solo ventures. That's a very broad promise, considering not knowing if one's solo career would take them even further (i.e. Cheryl). But, I don't listen to them anyways, so wouldn't hurt me.

I'm highly disappointed, but there seems to be a lot of truth to the rumours. How can they not have spoken to Nadine since September Yet they claim there has been no feud with her... I still think it is highly likely that they will continue as a four piece, but that would be ridiculous IMO seeing as Nadine carried the group on her vocals alone for a large portion of their career. The Promise was my favourite song of theirs, I was hoping for new material this Autumn

I've been whoring 'The Sound of Girls Aloud', 'Tangled Up' and 'Out Of Control' recently

No other girl group will EVER touch them. No matter what big shot producers they work with, what booty shaking they do, the millions they sell, Girls Aloud will always be the best.

Don't take it as a lie. Fate just occurs. I honestly believe since the announcement of a hiatus, that it was over. They had signed with the Devil.

I wouldn't take it as a lie either. They did sign a three album deal back in '08, but I guess circumstances have changed since then. At the time I'm sure they were set on honouring their contract, now I'm not so sure what is going to happen and if they split then I don't think it will have been pre-conceived.

^Yeah I can't see their record being broken, not anytime soon anyway. If they want to call it a day then I think they owe it to their fans to finish things up properly, even if that means another greatest hits album with just two or three new songs.

good. I think Girls Aloud are overrated anyway, I much prefer Cheryl's solo stuff.

Nadine better release something soon as well, the amount of times she's been saying she's spending more time to 'perfect' it

Cheryl shouldn't go back to the group, she is better on her own. And I never really liked them as a group.
