Yes, in 8th grade for the final exam (the one that decides what High School you're going to). I was so stressed I bought a whole pack of sweets and candy for extra energy and couldn't sleep and did tragically (got 8.2/10 on the Romanian test and 8.6/10 on the Math one). Since then I've tried to abstain from eating candy before an exam but sometimes I have to because I don't have any energy in the afternoon and I need it for cramming.
Yes, like 5 times. In fact, for my last ever exam for my degree, I stayed up all night revising and then went to the exam. I literally slept like a baby when I got home, knowing I had no more exams left and that I had finished my degree.
However, I only got a B in that exam; whereas, I got an A in nearly every other exam, so I do think no sleep probably led to lower concentration levels, despite the fact that I felt fine (mainly because of all the caffeine I consumed).

Luckily I slept like 3 hours so I felt ok ish. Feel confident about this one tbh. But yeah I'll keep trying to sleep before exams and tests...it's just it's become a habit to stay up all night before an exam and its so difficult trying to break out of such a bad cycle.
This riskiest one was Taylor had her 1989 album live stream and premiered Shake It Off. I stayed up till 6am for that and had a very important exam at 8am. I ended up scoring 95/100 in that exam so twas all good.
