Obviously. Some people hate her for REASONS, like: she doesn't create her music, she hits her fans, she doesn't respect herself and other people, her voice is bad, she can't perform and she's a bad, bad, evil puppet!
A certain fanbase.
But tbh she's quite neutral. People like her and mooned gonna call you a *** if you like her music etc.
She doesn't concern herself with false pretence of caring for something because it's the best PR move.
I think above all they see she's real. Doesn't try to act like this perfect mannequin that always does things by the book.
I lover her. She's someone I can see myself hang with.
People have no reason to hate her, she's cool, funny, real, makes good music etc. She has a heart of gold, too.
Her success does have some people bothered tho.

Yes, the entirety Beyonce, Gaga and Taylor fanbases apparently. But then again, she has sold over 200 million records and not going anywhere anytime soon, so it's perfectly understandable.
She takes the time to answer her DMs on Insta & Twitter, gives advices to her fans, helps them, meets them backstage for free. She also gives money to homeless people when she steps out (not many people know this tho) etc. etc.
She "hit" a "fan" once cause they weren't letting her go and the bodyguard wasn't reacting at all.
