Guess what? Luke has zero evidence too. Kesha has records dating back to the same year it happened. Her former management have it documented that she reported it in 2005.
What does Luke have? "My mother and sister said I didn't do it".
Also, no one has defended Luke in the industry. Not even his own team.
Yet people who have worked with Luke, have said it either doesn't surprise them, or they support Kesha.
Luke even had to go as far as having a Lawyer connected with Sony.
That doesn't scream confidence.
