Gaga has proven she is not capable of having a comeback with 'Joanne'. She just doesn't have it anymore.

Kesha, however, continues to write and perform with the same badass effervescence that she had during her debut. If and when she is able to, she WILL have a comeback.

I would've said "neither" but I forgot Gaga has the Super Bowl. She's always at her best when she performs. So I could see the performance being epic and really getting people interested in her again.
