I used to read alien abduction stories for fun & there are cases where people have had "tracking devices" extracted from them by doctors that, when tested in a lab, were found to be derived from elements unknown to our planet. Inconclusive and maybe staged, but definitely strange.
You'd have to be completely stupid or very narrow-minded to not believe in extraterrestrials. There is absolutely - chance that we are the only beings alive in this universe, it's just statistically very very unlikely. Of course, I don't believe in all the stories of aliens zipping down to Earth and abducting some random Southerner + probing his asshole, but things like this occur far too often and have been happening for such a long time that there must be some sort of truth to them.
