Nicki hinted like five times that she's surprise releasing the album. I don't know why anyone (on Twitter or here) wouldn't realize that yet.

They just discussed Nicki on a TV show here called "Celebrity Botched Up Bodies" and had a group of surgeons discuss whether or not she had work done.

I think the album is coming soon because the MC interview was done in May, and normally the wait time between interview and the magazine release is a few months.
It makes sense to release the cover now if something was about to pop off.
